Chartered Financial Planner
Graham graduated from The University of Leeds in 1970 with an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He worked as an Electronic Systems Design Engineer until 1982 when he joined the Sales and Marketing Dept of a major semiconductor manufacturer reporting directly to a European Board member.
Graham initially moved into Financial Services in 1990 becoming an Independent Financial Adviser in 2000. Since becoming an IFA Graham has continued with advanced financial planning studies and achieved Chartered Financial Planner status in April 2006. This positions Graham as one of the best qualified Financial Advisers in the UK.
However, Graham believes that academic qualifications are not an end in themselves, and his early training as a system design engineer now enables him to apply his technical knowledge of finance to clients’ real life circumstances to design bespoke solutions that meet their individual needs.

Barry has been working closely with clients and their financial needs since 1996. He specialises in protection and mortgage related matters, Barry also advises on pensions and investments by utilising the skills imbedded in Rational Finance.
Barry likes to develop a detailed understanding of his clients in order to provide a long term, comprehensive, personal service which meets their needs.
Barry is married and has lived locally within the Swindon area for 22 years. His client’s live mainly in the South, South West of England and Wales with a few clients around the UK and Northern Ireland.
Barry’s main interests outside of work are his family, sailing and cycling.
Sue Saunders
Administrator
Sue has worked with Financial Advisers since 2001 and joined Rational Finance Ltd as an administrator in August 2009.
Sue is responsible for general administration and ensuring that things run smoothly. This includes checking and processing all new business submissions through to completion. She maintains and updates client’s records in prepares the information needed for client review meetings.
Sue also maintains Rational Finance’s accounts and keeps the compliance records up to date.
Mary Reeve
Administrator
Mary works in the background on a part time basis entering data into the firm's back office systems.
