Our Process

Normally, before our initial meeting we will send you a copy of our standard client agreement and ask you to complete a simple form providing personal details and information about your existing financial position and plans. This means that when we meet (or by telephone) we can concentrate on your financial goals and your priorities.

You will be given information about the different types of risk associated with the most common assets used in investment portfolios as part of our process of assessing your attitude to investment risk.

We will then design plans to help you achieve your financial goals, recommend a course of action, and research the market for the most suitable products to enable you to implement our recommended solution.

We will present our recommendations and alternatives, usually in the form of a report, and you will be given the opportunity to ask questions about our proposals and request any changes.

When you are completely happy with our proposals we will help you to complete any paperwork necessary for the implementation of your selected solution. We recommend and give you the facts - you decide.

We will forward any documents to the relevant provider(s) and liaise with the provider(s) on your behalf until your chosen product(s) are successfully put into place.

We will check your policy documents or contract notes for accuracy and forward originals to you. We will keep copies for our records.

You will be offered an ongoing level of service to ensure that your plans continue to meet your objectives and circumstances. You decide on the level of service that you want to receive. Because your financial needs will be subject to constant change, we believe that regular reviews are important in ensuring that your plan remains suitable to achieve your goals.
